Following the introduction of General Data Protection Regulation (known as GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, everyone living in England, Scotland, Wales and N. All you have to do is choose the company that has breached your data from our list of selected cases from the main menu. If the data breach isn’t listed, please report it to us and we can assist you. You will then be asked to sign up to the claim and provide some further details regarding their data breach.

Is there a time limit?

The limitation period for making a data protection claim is currently six years. This means that all breaches of data going back six years are now potentially subject to a claim. In some group action cases, there will also be deadlines set by the court to join a case. With strict time limits in place, and so it’s important to act now.
